- Merchant account information: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and POS system details provided when a Merchant signs up.
- Order information: the phone number used to text an order, the items and prices ordered, and timestamps of the conversation.
- POS data: menu items, prices, and availability synced from a Merchant's POS system so that SMS orders reflect accurate information.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as message delivery status, used to operate and improve the service.

Customers may reply to any order confirmation text to ask about how their information is used. Merchants may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their account information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
